Thank you for trusting us again with your student groups in Peru. Every group visits the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu, and no two groups ever share a hotel on the same night, a train or a Machu Picchu visit.

In 2026, HXP paid $110,000 for 345 travelers, about $318.84 per person. Every 2027 option is below that, even though the main costs of the program have risen.

A volume discount for HXP. Your season grows by 230 travelers, about 67% more than last year. Because of that volume, we have reduced our prices and are absorbing the cost increases below, so HXP pays less per person than in 2026.

  • Train fare is upThe Ollantaytambo – Aguas Calientes train is the largest single cost of the trip, and its fare has increased.

Mikhael House

For student groups, space matters. Mikhael is a private house reserved only for our groups, with room to run, play and gather in the evenings, and it costs less than last year's hotel.
